Where does Yepoda ship to and how much does it cost?
We currently ship to all EU countries and the UK. Shipping is free on all orders over €40; for smaller orders, a flat rate of €4.95 applies.
Are your products truly vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! At Yepoda, we believe in conscious beauty. All of our products are 100% vegan and we never test on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within Germany and 5-10 business days for international orders across Europe.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.
